Carry Case For The Altair-X And Large Altair Split Mechanical Keyboards

This case is for Stephen in Lincoln University, Pennsylvania. It’s for his Altair-X split mechanical keyboard, which is identical to the Corne keyboard. It would normally fit in the Small Split Carry Case, but the Altair-X has a very thick aluminum case. Therefore, it would fit the Large Size.

These are custom colours Stephen chose: olive green with brown bottom and leather.

The split mechanical keyboards cases that I make allows you to stack your keyboards, making it more compact to take with you.

It is fully padded and lined with durable cotton twill.

Altair-X split keyboard – small version with 4 rows

Altair is a split keyboard and comes in two versions, small and large. The small version, Altair-X has 4 rows. The larger Altair has 5 rows (with numbers on the top row).

Altair Large split keyboard has 5 rows (top row with numbers)

UPDATE:

When Stephen received his order, he emailed me with the following photos of his keyboards in the case. He actually has both sizes of the Altair split keyboard, so he told us to update our Large Split Mechanical Keyboard Case to include the large Altair.

I really appreciate that he took the time to let us know. We learn alot from our customers.

Stephen also has the large Altair split keyboard and it also fits in the Large Split Case

Note From Stephen:
Hi Cat,

I’ve been enjoying my case you made, and thought I would share that it has been used for both my Altair-X and larger Altair keyboards. I can fit both halves of the Altair, along with a pair of USB-C cables comfortably. So I recommend you add that to your compatability list for the large split.

Thanks for the great case! Steve
