Custom Fit Case For The Vortex Core Plus 40% Mechanical Keyboard
Ryan (near Irvine, California) inquired about a case for his Vortex Core Plus keyboard. It is a longer 40% mechanical keyboard, so it doesn’t fit the one in the shop. It required a custom size case.
I made Ryan’s keyboard case or sleeve taller than the 40% (as shown). He also wanted it with custom colours: midnight blue and yellow.
The Vortex Core Plus is also a low profile keyboard. The original Vortex Core used regular MX switches, so it had more depth.
The case case or sleeve has a strong magnetic closure and a front pocket to put your cables and small items.
It has a lightly padded top layer to protect the keycaps. The interior is made out of a nice 100% cotton twill, which doesn’t have any fibres that will get into the keyboard.
Ryan wrote in when he received it and said it fit well and he’s really happy with it.
